Terms of Use Agreement
These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement between you, either personally or on behalf of an entity, and Content-LD, doing business as Content-LD ("Content-LD", "we", "us" or "our"), regarding your access to and use of the Content-LD website, and any other related forms of media, media channels, mobile websites or mobile applications linked or otherwise connected to it (collectively, the "Site"). We are registered in France, and have our registered office in 103 Bd Jean Moulin 49100 Angers, France. You acknowledge that by accessing the Site, you have read, understand and agree to be bound by all of these Terms of Use.
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Terms of Use from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date on these Terms of Use, and you waive any right to receive specific notice of each such change.
Please ensure that you check the applicable terms and conditions each time you use our site so that you understand which terms and conditions apply. You will be subject to changes in the revised Terms of Use.
Intellectual property rights
Unless otherwise noted, the Site is our exclusive property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, web design, audio and video, text, photographs and graphics on the Site (collectively, the "Content") and trademarks, service marks and logos contained therein (the "Marks") are owned or licensed by Content-LD and are protected by French copyright and trademark laws and various other intellectual property rights and unfair competition laws, international copyright laws and international conventions.
The Content and Marks are provided on the Site for your information and personal use only. Except as expressly provided in these Terms of Use, no part of the Site and no Content or Marks may be copied, reproduced, aggregated, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted, distributed, sold, licensed or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose whatsoever without our express prior written permission.
Provided that you are entitled to use the Site, you are granted a limited licence to access and use the Site and to download or print a copy of any part of the Content properly accessed by you, solely for your own personal, non-commercial use. We reserve all rights not expressly granted to you in the Site, the Content and the Marks.
User statements
By using the Site, you represent and warrant that:
- all registration information you submit will be true, accurate, current and complete;
- you will maintain the accuracy of such information and promptly update such registration information as necessary;
- you have legal capacity and agree to abide by these Terms of Use;
- you will not access the site by any automated or non-human means, whether by means of a robot, script or otherwise

If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, we have the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Site (or any portion thereof).
User registration
You may be required to register with the Site. You agree to keep your password confidential and shall be responsible for all uses of your account and password. We reserve the right to delete, reclaim or modify a username you have chosen if we determine, in our sole discretion, that such username is inappropriate, obscene or otherwise objectionable.
Fees and payment
We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Google Pay
You may be required to purchase or pay a fee to access some of our services.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made on the site. You also agree to promptly update your account and payment information, including email address, payment method and payment card expiration date, so that we can process your transactions and contact you if necessary. We bill you through an online billing account for purchases made on the Site. We may change prices at any time. All payments are made in Euro.
You agree to pay any charges or fees at the then-current prices for your purchases, and you authorise us to charge these amounts to your chosen payment provider at the time of your purchase. If your purchase is subject to recurring charges, you agree that we may charge your payment method on a recurring basis without having to obtain your prior approval for each recurring charge, until you notify us of your cancellation.
We reserve the right to correct any errors or mischarges, even if we have already requested or received payment. We also reserve the right to refuse any order placed through the Site.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account. Your cancellation will take effect immediately.

Prohibited actions
You may not access or use the site for any purpose other than that for which we make it available. The site may not be used in connection with any commercial activities, except those specifically supported or approved by us.
As a user of the site, you agree not to:
- Use the Site in a manner inconsistent with any applicable law or regulation.
- Attempt to circumvent any measures on the Site designed to prevent or restrict access to the Site, or any part of the Site.
- Defame, tarnish or otherwise harm us and/or the Site.
- Copy or adapt the software on the Site, including but not limited to Flash, PHP, HTML, JavaScript or other code.
- Systematically retrieve data or other content from the Site to create or compile, directly or indirectly, a collection, compilation, database or directory without our written permission.
- Decrypt, decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer any software comprising or in any way forming part of the Site.
- Make any unauthorized use of the Site, including collecting user names and/or email addresses by electronic or other means for the purpose of sending unsolicited email, or creating user accounts by automated means or under false pretenses.
- Deceive, defraud, or mislead other users and us, including by attempting to obtain sensitive account information, such as user passwords.
- Bypass, disable or otherwise interfere with the security features of the site, including features that prevent or restrict the use or copying of any content or that place restrictions on the use of the site and/or the content it contains.
- Misuse our support services or submit false reports of abuse or misconduct.
- Interfere with, disrupt or create an undue burden on the Site or networks or services connected to the Site.
- Engage in any automated use of the system, such as the use of scripts to send comments or messages, or the use of any data mining, robots or similar data gathering and extraction tools.
- Attempting to impersonate another user or person or using another user's username.
- Sell or otherwise transfer your profile.

- Use the Site in an effort to compete with us or use the Site and/or the Content in an effort to generate revenue or as part of a commercial enterprise.
- Upload or transmit (or attempt to upload or transmit) viruses, Trojan horses or any other material, including excessive use of capital letters and spam (continuous posting of repetitive text), that interferes with any party's uninterrupted use and enjoyment of the Site or that modifies, impairs, disrupts, alters or interferes with the use, features, functions, operation or maintenance of the Site.
- Upload or transmit (or attempt to upload or transmit) any material that acts as a passive or active information gathering or transmitting mechanism, including, without limitation, clear graphics interchange formats ("gifs"), 1×1 pixels, web bugs, cookies or similar devices.
- Except as may result from the use of a standard search engine or web browser, use, launch, develop or distribute any automated system, including without limitation any robot, cheat utility, scraper or offline player that accesses the site, or use or launch any script or other unauthorized software.
Third party websites and content
The Site may contain (or you may be sent via the Site) links to other websites ("Third Party Websites") as well as articles, photographs, text, graphics, images, designs, music, sound, video, information, applications, software and other content or materials owned or originating from third parties ("Third Party Content").
We do not review, monitor or verify the accuracy, adequacy or completeness of such Third Party Websites and Third Party Content, and we are not responsible for any Third Party Websites accessed through the Site or for any Third Party Content posted, available or installed from the Site, including the content, accuracy, appropriateness, opinions, reliability, privacy practices or other policies of Third Party Websites or Third Party Content.
The inclusion of, link to or permission to use or install any third party website or third party content does not imply our endorsement or approval of it. If you decide to leave the Site and access any third party websites or use or install any third party content, you do so at your own risk and you should be aware that these Terms of Use no longer apply.
You should be aware of the applicable terms and policies, including privacy and data collection practices, of any website you navigate to from the Site or regarding any application you use or install from the Site. Any purchases you make through third party websites will be made through other websites and with other companies, and we assume no responsibility whatsoever for such purchases, which are solely between you and the relevant third party. You agree and acknowledge that we do not endorse the products or services offered on third party websites and you will hold us harmless from any harm caused by your purchase of such products or services. In addition, you will hold us harmless from any loss you may suffer or damage you may incur in connection with or resulting in any way from any third party content or contact with third party websites.
Submissions and suggestions for improvements to the platform
You acknowledge and agree that any questions, comments, suggestions, ideas, feedback or other information regarding the Site (the "Submissions") that you provide to us are not confidential and become our exclusive property. We will own exclusive rights, including all intellectual property rights, and will have the right to unrestricted use and dissemination of such Submissions for any lawful purpose, commercial or otherwise, without acknowledgment or compensation to you. Duration and termination
These Terms of Use remain in effect while you use the Site. We reserve the right to change, modify or delete the content of the Site at any time or for any reason, at our sole discretion and without notice. However, we have no obligation to update the information on our Site. We also reserve the right to change or discontinue all or part of the Site without notice at any time.
